XOS Technologies Develops New Partnership with SharedBook

Partnership provides XOS Network teams with an innovative way to chronicle each season through unique personalized books

ORLANDO, Fla. – June 7, 2007 – XOS Technologies, Inc., the leading technology provider for maximizing the value of content, commerce and services for sports organizations and fans, today announced a reverse publishing partnership with SharedBook Inc., a company that specializes in creating unique, personalized book products from existing online content.

The partnership enables XOS Network partner teams to offer their fans branded season record books through their official e-commerce stores. As a result, interested fans can create books to capture every moment from the pre-game tailgate to the post-game celebration and the most important team details in between.

Fans will be able to select content from the official team Web site – such as game stories, rosters and results – to include in their books, and to add their own comments, photos and stories if they choose. Two types of books will be available. The basic book will feature access to a limited number of professional photos, while the premium book will include a large library of frequently-updated professional photos directly from each partner. Both types of books enable fans to share a link with friends, allowing them to contribute or modify the book and print to their own specifications.

Hard cover premium books will run $44.95 and soft cover premium books will run $39.95. If a fan does not want access to the larger library of professional photos and opts for a basic book, they can purchase a hard cover for $39.95 or a soft cover for $34.95.

"This is a fun, interactive way for fans to leverage online media and document the season in a team-branded environment," said Jeff Abele, XOS director of product marketing. "We're pleased to partner with SharedBook to empower our Network partners with a truly engaging e-commerce offering. We're confident that fans will thoroughly enjoy the ability to combine relevant content from their favorite team Web sites including articles and quality, branded photos with their own accounts of the season and personal photos. These make the perfect, personalized gift."

Through SharedBook, fans can share the book making experience with their friends by inviting them into their personal book making space to contribute their own stories and photos. While these books can be shared with friends, they are not published on the school's official athletics Web site for anyone to view. Each book is private.

"XOS Network is the leader in interactive media so it made perfect sense for us to partner with them to bring reverse publishing to their partners," said Caroline Vanderlip, CEO, SharedBook. "We're proud to offer our integrated book products through such an innovative company and we look forward to a positive response from fans and schools across the XOS Network."
