SHAREDBOOK ANNOUNCES NEW SPORTS INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS

College and High School Fans Will Soon Be Able to Record Their Favorite Teams and Players in Unique Personalized Season Record Books

NEW YORK – September 10, 2007 – SharedBook Inc., the Reverse Publishing Platform provider, is currently developing solutions with JumpTV Inc. (through its JumpTV division which encompasses the recently acquired XOS Network) and YAVarsity.com, that will give sports participants and their fans a one-click way to create personalized season record books from existing online content such as game scores, message board comments, and photographs. SharedBook introduced a similar book product with Sportography, Inc. earlier this year.

"JumpTV and YAVarsity.com follow Sportography in recognizing that certain online content offers even greater value to individuals in printed book form," said Caroline Vanderlip, Chief Executive Officer, SharedBook Inc. "A personalized season record book is a quick and easy way for sports fans to preserve their favorite memories in a format that can be referenced for years to come."

With just one click, SharedBook's Reverse Publishing Platform automatically flows multiple streams of data from a Web site into a structured book product that can be previewed and purchased immediately, or personalized further. Users can edit the content and add to it, and invite others into their personal book making space to contribute additional information if they choose.

JumpTV Inc. is a leader in broadcasting international television and sports over the Internet. Through its JumpTV division, it connects fans to their favorite teams, athletes and leagues from collegiate, professional and international sports organizations around the world – offering live and video-on-demand streaming of sports matches as well as custom-brand site design and Web hosting, e-commerce solutions, online ticketing, mobile distribution capabilities and social networking technologies. Utilizing SharedBook technology, teams that partner with JumpTV can offer their fans branded season record books through their official e-commerce stores. Fans will be able to select content from the official team Web site – such as game stories, player profiles, rosters and results – to include in their books and to add their own comments, photos and stories if they choose. The technology is scheduled to become available to the students, fans and alumni of James Madison University, the University of Georgia and the University of Pennsylvania in October.

YAVarsity.com (York, Pa.) is a next generation high school sports Web site covering 22 schools and sporting events in the York and Adams County Interscholastic Athletic Association. YAVarsity.com is an extremely active community of high school students with an average of 285,000 page views each month from 33,000 unique users. Using SharedBook technology, high school sports participants and their fans will be able to easily flow the message board comments, scores and photographs that are relevant to them into a structured book product, where their own memories of the season can be added and preserved for years to come. Individuals can also invite others into their personal book making space to share in the experience. The YAVarsity.com solution is expected to launch this fall.

Sportography, Inc. (Brookfield, Conn.) is the digital imaging leader among youth sports photography companies in the United States. SharedBook and Sportography introduced a solution earlier this year that enables individuals to seamlessly flow team rosters and photographs into a Sportography MemoryBook. The book can then be previewed and purchased, or edited and personalized as the user chooses. Friends, family, teammates and even coaches, can also be invited to contribute additional information. Sportography offers MemoryBooks for basketball, football and soccer, as well as baseball and softball. There is also a universal book that can apply to other sports. All titles are currently available.
