Major Publishers add personalization options to both classic children's book titles and titles for adults, creating a new, turn-key revenue stream
NEW YORK, NY – December 8, 2008 – SharedBook Inc., the Custom Publishing Platform provider, announced today the addition of Penguin Group (USA), Perseus, Regnery and F+W Media to its platform for the personalization of existing book titles. These significant publishing companies join Random House, HarperCollins, Sterling, DK Publishing and LucasBooks in their partnership with SharedBook to expand the personalization options available to book buyers. With just a few clicks, buyers can add a photo and text to a dedication page which is added to the book to create a very special edition.
Penguin Group (USA) yesterday launched A Christmas Carol on the SharedBook platform and plans to launch additional titles from Penguin Classics in the New Year. Perseus has added classic children's titles from Running Press to the options available at kids.sharedbook.com. Regnery today launched personalization options for two of its titles, "The Die-Hard Fan's Guide to Longhorn Football" and "The Die-Hard Fan's Guide to Sooner Football" (http://diehard.sharedbook.com), and F+W will start by contributing their successful "Cup of Comfort" series of books.

Regnery Publishing, located in Washington, D.C., launched the Die-Hard Fan's Guide series of college football books in 2008.
